1. Open the installation (If you’re using a Mac, use Option C).
    Option A: Click on the link in the email, and select “Open”.

    Option B: Copy and paste this link into your File Explorer and hit Enter.
    \\loki\KLASfilesrv\Applications\MXIE\client_setup.exe


    Option C: Open the install from Z:\Applications\MXIE. Double click on “client_setup”.
    If you’re using a Mac, please install “mxie.dmg”. 
  2. Navigate the install. Click Next, Next, and Install.*

    Then click Finish.
    *Note: If the installation fails, click retry until it works. Let me know if you still have issues here.
  3. From the Start Menu, start typing “mxie” to search for the program you just installed. Or find it in All Apps > Zultys MX > MXIE.


  4. Input your user information. Refer to the User Guide you received with your phone, or see here:
    Login: [your extension] 
    Password: 85807466 
    URL: 192.81.117.138
  5. If MXIE prompts you to update the software, click Yes.
    Done!
