In the past, when you’d set up a recurring meeting in a conference room, if that conference room had a single conflicting appointment, the room would reject your entire recurring appointment.

Now, when you set up a recurring meeting you’ll get a notification saying that the meeting was accepted, but also indicating which meetings have conflicts in that conference room.

Notice how my meeting was accepted by the conference room, however there are still conflicting meetings. Now it's your responsibility to delete those conflicts from your calendar, and send the cancellation update to the conference room.

Delete the conflicting occurrence.

Send the cancellation.

Done! Find a different conference room for your recurring meeting on the days you had a conflict appear.
