When?

The KLAS Help Desk is available from 8 am to 5 pm MT. However, immediate availability may fluctuate according to priority and demand.

If you cannot reach the Help Desk immediately, you will receive a response within 1 business day.


How?

You may contact the Help Desk at support@klasresearch.com. For urgent issues, please call the Help Desk at 801-404-5260 or swing by the third floor IT Office.

As a last resort for urgent issues, please contact Mark Epling.


What is an emergency?

Urgent issues prevent you from performing critical aspects of your employed role. It's appropriate to convey priority for an issue by including the label "Urgent" in a ticket's subject line.

Avoid using phrases like "ASAP" in text. We always attend to your IT issues as soon as we can.
