If you download an Excel file from Toolbox and open it, it may come up blank like this:



Here is the workaround while we correct this issue:


1. Right-click the individual Excel file in the Downloads folder

2. Select “Properties”

3. At the bottom of the “General” tab, it says the following:

                                Security: This file came from another

                                              computer and might be blocked to

                                              help protect this computer.

4. Once “Unblock” Is checked, the file can be opened.
