1. Open MXIE. (Learn how to log into MXIE here.)

    Open the address book and search for your own name. Right click on your address card and select Edit.

  2. You will find your direct line next to the label Voice DID.




How do I make a DID show in the address cards?
  1. Select settings by clicking on the gear icon in the bottom left of your window.


  2. In Shown Properties you can select which fields show up in the address card.


  3. You can select voice DID if you want to see direct lines in the address cards.
