Adding specific filters to a search in Outlook is very easy once you know how to do it! This way, you can locate emails from provider or vendors quickly before a call.

Click in the search bar to open the search filter menu.

You can select which folder you'd like to search, such as Current Folder or All Mailboxes.

You can add additional filters to your search.

- Or you can search with a filter, and enter in a phrase to search the entire email (subject and body).

- Try out some of the other filters on the menu to narrow down your search.

If you have archiving set up, Outlook will also search your archived folders.
