1) Open Chrome and click the 3 dots at the top right-hand side of the screen, then click settings


2) Type “Download” in the search bar. At the bottom of the search results, turn on the “Ask where to save each file before downloading” option. 

Click the "CHANGE" button next to "Location"

3) In the Browser For Folder window, Click the T drive and click OK.

Now when you save a call from FluentCloud you will be prompted to rename the file and save it right to your T drive. 


NOTE: This will prompt will apply to all downloads, so if you are downloading other documents from the web that aren't calls you can easily select another place to save them.
